Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same working day via our trade courier network. Standard UK mainland delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, with next-day delivery available at checkout for most postcodes. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Returns: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are covered under warranty and will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
