The Trade-Tec 12 Litre Potable Expansion Vessel is designed for domestic potable (drinking) hot water systems, including unvented hot water cylinders and pressurised water heaters. It absorbs the thermal expansion of water as it heats, protecting the cylinder, pipework and valves from over-pressurisation.
Made by Zilmet UK, every vessel is factory pressure-tested before despatch and comes with a mounting bracket for quick, straightforward installation. The membrane is approved for potable water and can be replaced without changing the whole vessel.
